RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

For health, hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, Medical Store does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on products once purchased.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

While all sales are final, customer satisfaction is important to us. If a product does not meet your needs, our team will make every reasonable effort to assist you in finding a more suitable solution. In certain situations, and at our sole discretion, we may offer alternative products, store credit, or other accommodations at a fair value.

Special orders, custom orders, clearance items, and final-sale merchandise are non-refundable.

Medical Store reserves the right to determine eligibility for any replacement, store credit, accommodation, or adjustment.
